MOTIVATION: just keep going.
You want to stop now, but you’ll be happy in three days/workouts/steps/miles/reps that you didn’t. If you can just get through the next one, I bet you can just get through the next one. Ask yourself, is it your mind that’s telling you to stop or your body? Because last time I checked, it isn’t your mind that’s supposed to be running on a run (or any kind of workout for that matter).
As long as you keep moving, so will your progress.
