Why do people stay in a relationship that is not healthy? Esp when it is full of emotional blackmail and deceit.
Some are completely delusional when they claim that they and their partner is totally honest and upfront…nothing is hidden.
Do you know what i say to that esp when I witness arguing and whining? They lie…because they wouldn’t be arguing if it was all open.

The past few days have been interesting. As a parent, you struggle within to make sure your kids are heading in a direction that they will not get hurt but sometimes they choose poorly and you want to make it right again.
However, how can they ever learn to deal with life situations if there is no challenge?

Well, its more of a lecture because although he believes he has more freedom…he has actually made himself a prisoner. I have yet to see initiative and drive to pull his weight. But, all I see is a carefree, devil may care attitude of how he is living.

Today is my wedding anniversary but we are so busy that I decided to have us go on a date on the weekend (sometime soon).
Does that make us horrible as a couple? No, I don’t think so… it was a mutual agreement and I know we love eachother.

A Weekend to Remember
This past weekend was a blessing esp because our son visited for the weekend.
I think he gained weight, his brothers (and himself) say otherwise!
At least, he is eating and taking care of himself physically.
My prayer is he begins to take care of himself spiritually (relationship w/ God).
All in all, it was a blessing to spend time with him.

Weekends
On weekdays, my alarm is set for 4:00am but weekends-i am able to set my alarm @ a later time such as 5:30 depending if we have to be @ the twin’s football game, family, or church function.
However, this my problem…my body is used to waking up @ 4:00am…which means I don’t wake up @ the later times I set the alarm clock for!

There hasn’t been a weekend that i haven’t been able to lie around and do nothing. I enjoy the weekends though because its family time as well as church! i’m bored right now—-i think i’ll read a book. ciao
